About Us

Established in 1972 and formerly known as Unicraft Furnishing & Joinery Works Ltd, this family run business now running in its second generation is now pleased to offer our services as Unicraft Flooring Contractors Ltd. We carry out all types of floorcovering installation both contract and domestic - carpets, tiles, safety flooring, linoleum, timber sanding and sealing, laminates, antistatic, clean rooms,.

Geographically we specialise extensively in the commercial market throughout the South West and South Wales area, covering New Build, Refurbishment, Blue Chip, Retail, Private Sector and Local Authority e.g. Education and Health.

Domestic projects are welcome in any variety of size or complexity - Soft Finishes, Hard Flooring and Design Floors.

We employ fully qualified Flooring Installation Technicians, minimum qualification CSCS NVQ Level Over 70 % of our staff have been employed with us for over 10 years service.

Unicraft Flooring Contractors have an excellent Health & Safety record, we update our Safety Policy Document frequently to accommodate a changing world and work practices. Environmental issues are considered according to the requirements of each project. We use the best possible products available to suit the needs of our clients. We are licensed carriers of waste and dispose of all our waste in a responsible manner using the services of a professional waste contractor.

Our Services

We offer consultation and advice on all types of floor finishes and sub floor preparation. This includes screed moisture testing using latest Hygrometer technologies. Our extensive Library of finishes is available to all customers to browse and a member of staff will be able to answer any technical questions.
We supply and fit or supply only a wide variety of floorcoverings and we also undertake the proper subfloor preparation to achieve the optimum finish.

Soft Flooring

This includes: All types of Carpets, Fibrebonded, Flotex, Carpet Tiles, Entrance Mattings, Cushioned vinyl.

Hard Flooring

Safety Vinyl sheet, Rubber, Linoleum, Timber ( Engineered and Solid ), vinyl tiles.

Wall Cladding

Altro Whiterock Hygienic surfaces to Walls and Ceilings for kitchens, shops, veterinary surgeries etc.
